Chipotle Chimichurri

We love this simple Chimichurri for any steak dish you’d want to serve! Personally, we love to use this on steak sandwiches or flatbreads!

1/2 cup olive oil

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

1/2 cup finely chopped parsley

3-4 cloves garlic finely minced ( 1 Clove garlic = 1.5 teaspoons minced )

2 medium sized adobo chipotle peppers

3/4 teaspoon dried oregano

1 level teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Can make up to 48 hours before serving!

That would be a Margarita style (Fresh Mozzerella, Fresh sliced tomatoes, grilled filet and Chipotle Chimichurr) Steak flat bread!
